Please note EPOS systems are sold as trade to trade sales, and not sold on a trial basis.

They are configured specifically for your business, and the training and support is a major part of your purchase which of course is something you cannot return as it’s a service, and items setup specifically for your business with full training cannot be returned.

Support is 8-3 Monday to Friday on 0121 649 0881 Subject of course to staffing levels.

However if we can help outside that timing we will always try.

Our systems are normally incredibly reliable and we have very few problems with thousands of systems onsite, and we rarely see more than one repair every 4 or six weeks from our own systems

But we do have a full 3 months hardware warranty on everything else that is a physical item.

Any problems hardware related we can normally get you back up and running in an hour or so once we have the item back but they are really reliable and we have few returns

On repairs we normally work on a Fixed price no fix no fee repair system we will always unless knowing otherwise take a system in on the fixed price system

However if addtional parts are needed that are just not possible to supply on a fixed price rate we will quote for those parts giving timing for the parts if needed, however where possible we try to keep all parts in stock.

Obviously any Physical damage ie broken panels, smashed case parts, smashed touch panels are not system failures and not normally covered by our fixed price service, as, we could obviously just be replacing almost all of a system where the damage is considerable.

We will almost always be able to give a trade in option where a repair is not possible, and this will always be at a massivly reduced price as we always try to keep our clients happy

Where we cannot do a repair, under any circumstances in the odd case this happens or if we cannot quote on an alternative reuced rate replacement we will happilly reassemble the system and return to you free of charge in the condition received.

If you do decide not to go ahead with a repair after sending a system to us we will return at your cost in the state it is in at the time of refusal or charge a minimal fee which we will quote on a case to case basis to put into a state that you decide, this can be discussed on the phone and if possible confirmed by email
