Critical Information

Build 292--308 - April/May 2018
Direct through printer driver connection will hang the software, you should downgrade/upgrade to build 291 or 309 if your printer uses the "Direct" windows printer drivers to print.

Build 276, 277 - February 2018
Backups may not work if you have build 276 or build 277, you should upgrade to build 278 or later immediately.

!!WARNING!!
If you are running an early installation of PointOSale with the DERBY database (purchased in 2013), do not perform this upgrade. Your database must be MariaDB/mySQL for this upgrade to be successful. For details of how to convert from Derby to MariaDB, please contact us at PointOSale.

Upgrades are performed at your own risk, ensure you have a working and complete manual backup before you run the installer.
Make a note of the version number of the software you are currently using before running the upgrade.
We have had no issues at all with test and live upgrades (under the MariaDB/mySQL databases), however upgrades are at your own risk.
