Conditions
- Epos sales are a trade to trade sale and not covered by distance selling regulations
- you cannot buy an epos system for personal use so it is always classed as a trade sale as it is used for trade
- Cancelations, once an epos system setup is ordered it cannot be cancelled if it is being configured, or built for your order, ie new windows setup bulb or screen configuration change, memory and other changes
- These are custom configuration bulds and Cannot be cancelled the costs to have engineers configure a system, setup for you and if collected spend time going over the software and providing the training is the biggest cost, and we cannot undo that training.
- If we do choose to take a cancelation there will be a cancellation fee of between 25 and 50% depending on the order
- This is why we will not take an order for a special order item without full payment up front, a deposit will rarely be accepted, payment in advance is taken as full and final acceptance of your order being final.
- Once an order is prepared and or ready to ship or has shipped we will not take a cancelation or return as the next customer if we get one for your specific system may want a different configuration, than the one you specified.
- Once shipped or collected a special order (all epos systems are special order as they are refurbished to order, the refurbishment cost is the main cost of any system) once it has been refurbished or configured for your specific order we will not accept any returns
- At the discretion of the management, we will always try to help but it takes a min of £100 worth of time to fully refurbish a system to order, not including parts, so you need to know what you want before ordering as it is deemed that you have accepted these terms before ordering (once payment has been made that confirms you have accepted our terms in full)
- Strictly Three Months Return To Base Warranty Deposits are non refundable under any cirucumstances items are kept for max of 90 days
- Epos sales are trade to trade sales and not sold on a trial basis " so make sure you are happy with the features of the system before leaving or ordering"
- UK Ship Back to us Use Interparcel or Parcel2Go normally less than £10, we will ship back to you, normally same day
- The software is licenced to the machine for the lifetime of the machine and all updates are free for as long as you have the system, once software is registered to your company it is yours, and not transferable to anyone else, other than you yourself selling the sytem. which does not transfer the support aspect as that is only for the original purchaser
- Caller line id is subject to the strength of the signal and the services provided by your telephone company and once activated is not returnable we can only make the system work with our telephone lines and cannot guarantee your line will work as you have it now, that is down to you and your telephone company.
The software is licenced to the machine for the lifetime of the machine, reasonable sofware support is for one year, you wont need it.
Resetting of administrative passwords will cost £50 and we will need copies of passports etc - Additonal terms at
