The SHARP LM64C142 Passive Matrix Color LCD
unit is a 640 � 480 dots color display unit consisting
of an LCD panel, a printed wiring board (PWB) with
electric components mounted on it, tape automated
bonding (TAB) to connect the LCD panel and PWB
