LMS283GF05, LMS283GF05 is a TMR type color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching devices. This model is composed of a TFT-LCD module(TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs and FPC), a Back-light unit. The resolution of a 2.83" contains 240 x 320 pixels and can display up to 262,144 colors, Display terminals for PDA application products.
