Express epos replacement touch and controller repair on a14 systems
There is an ongoing design fault on the a14 express epos systems where the replacement and upgrade the touch screen glass and controller together is the only real answer
this is for a full replacement and upgrade to a new (these are thinner than normall ones) touch screen and controller
its not something you can do yourself it has to be sent in, mostly we can do same day ideally in about 2 hours depending on work load of course
This will not affect your hardware
Epos now for some mad reason tends to partition the 32gb drive into two partitions ideally use a partition manager software to merge these partitions if you are running out of space
